Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed once a non-refundable deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to, or on, the day of service (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

For bridal bookings, a signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Full payment of service is required for all cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the booking date will forfeit all payments made.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

In the unlikely event that Sophie is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a qualified replacement artist will be offered, or a refund provided.

3. Travel & Call-Out Fees

Travel within Perth metro is included unless otherwise specified.

Travel outside Perth metro will incur an additional fee, calculated at the time of booking.

Parking, tolls, and accommodation (if required for early/remote weddings) are the client's responsibility.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure they arrive on time and with clean, makeup-free skin.

For bridal parties, all members must be present at the agreed start time to ensure services are completed on schedule.

Allergies or skin sensitivities must be disclosed prior to the appointment. By booking, clients acknowledge that By Sophie Leigh cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.

5. Photography & Marketing

Sophie may capture photographs or short videos of the final makeup look for use in her professional portfolio, social media, or marketing.

Clients who do not wish for their image to be used must notify Sophie in writing before the appointment.

6. Liability

By Sophie Leigh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

Makeup application results may vary depending on skin type, condition, and environmental factors.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
